Claim Form Login

To qualify for a settlement payment, you must complete a Claim Form submitted online or postmarked on or before April 4, 2025.

To start your online claim, you can find your Unique ID & Claim Login PIN printed on the Notice that was sent to you. If you are unable to locate your ID & PIN, please contact the Settlement Administrator at Info@RacomLegalNotice.com or (888) 369- 3780. Please request your Unique ID & PIN by providing the Class Member’s full name and mailing address.

To ensure you receive your payment, you must contact the Claims Administrator if your address or phone number changes at any time. The Settlement Administrator may be contacted at Info@RacomLegalNotice.com or (888) 369-3780.

All Claims are subject to a verification process.
